The sentence: "Motorists heading to Oregon to northern California should know that large little towns of access roads for the first hundred miles "is the only sensible sentence cluster. Answer # 4 would complete the sentence as follows: "Motorists heading north from California to Oregon should know some major roads in cities access to the first hundred miles. The problem with this sentence is the interjection of the word "at". "A" is useless and false sense of phrase, in fact, the meaning of the phrase is lost by this interjection.
