Help: Panasonic NV-GX7EN undetected video using Firewire or USB?
Hi, I have a Panasonic NV-GX7EN and i cannot get it to transfer video from miniDV tape her. I tried to use the USB and Firewire but its not detected by my computer. Do I need A pilot Panasonic or any other special software? I appreciate any assistance can be obtained.
as well if you use a mounting system such non liniar Avid or Adobe Premiere should just come when u go to catch. Also make sure ur camera is turned on and activated in playback mode. that should be it. If the problem persists, see the source from where u bought the product technical assistance or contact the manufacturer via the Panasonic web site.
