If I was mistakenly sold an expensive laptop for the price of a cheap one, should I return it?
I was shown a laptop and give a price for it, that I bought. I was later contacted and told that it was incorrect price and make. The price of the laptop is £ 900. I paid £ 550 for it. If you were offered this laptop for € 550 and you paid £ 550 for it, you have a contract. You paid the price provided in contract and was awarded the contract goods. You probably have a receipt.
