PC Speakers draw such little power that I would first like to look elsewhere to save energy before worrying about my speakers. You can leave your subwoofer off. Or use a pair of headphones with good sound card. Start by putting all around you efficient your light bulbs to insulation around windows and doors, etc. Turn off your computer if you are not already present by the way, if you do not use it for some time. I am also using a lot of bands as the energy and will of those off the night so that small power adapters, even if not used, have no power to them.
